Product

Our teas are collected from major high-quality tea producing areas in China and are strictly selected by Mr. Zhang to ensure that the raw materials are natural and pure.

Tea should be stored in a cool, dry, ventilated, odor-free place, away from direct sunlight. At the same time, it is recommended to use well-sealed tea cans or bags for storage to extend the shelf life of tea.

Our products undergo strict testing and pesticide residues comply with Chinese standards.

Transportation

Because we ship from tea gardens in China, usually we will ship the goods to you within 3~5 days after receiving the order, and then deliver it to your address in 10~15 days. In case of special circumstances, such as holidays or tight inventory, we will contact you as soon as possible and explain the situation.

Return

When there is a problem with product quality, we will return it to you unconditionally. If it is not a quality problem, we will not support returns.

You can contact our customer service team to explain the reason for your return and provide your order information. We will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return address.
If the tea you receive has quality issues or is not as described, we will bear the return shipping costs. However, if the return is caused by your personal reasons, the shipping cost will be borne by you.
