If you’ve experienced an issue with your latest order, please reach out via our contact form within 30 days. Certain types of items cannot be refunded; please get in touch about your specific item.

Q: "Under what circumstances can I apply for a return?"

A: When there is a problem with product quality, we will return it to you unconditionally. If it is not a quality problem, we will not support returns.

Q: "Who bears the return shipping costs?"

A: If the tea you receive has quality issues or is not as described, we will bear the return shipping costs. However, if the return is caused by your personal reasons, the shipping cost will be borne by you.

Please provide your order and pictures of the products when contacting us. We'll always do our best to respond within 24 hours Monday to Friday, or the next business day should you reach out over a weekend. Please note that there may be a delay during busy times. But don't worry – we're here, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
